From UK Prime Minister David Cameron's statement today on the EU membership referendum --

All they [Eurosceptics] are offering is risk at a time of uncertainty - a leap in the dark.

That's an understandable argument, but a logically tricky one. If circumstances are changing, due in part to the structures of the EU itself (e.g. on migration and the Eurozone crisis), why is remaining in the best option?

Nonetheless, in the interests of securing our preferred outcome, this blog will permit Cameron to use "best of both worlds" as a campaign slogan.
