King George got hit** by a "pitch" playing cricket today in Pakistan, but then again the security arrangements for his trip weren't exactly cricket either:

ISLAMABAD: Pakistani police detained Imran Khan, the leader of Tahreek-i-Insaf party, at his Islamabad home ahead of a planned protest Saturday against the U.S. president's visit, and rounded up dozens of party supporters, his spokesman said.

Earlier this week, Khan had announced he would lead a rally against Bush, marching to Islamabad from the neighboring city of Rawalpindi.

**UPDATE -- It was Texas Air National Guard-style cricket, using tennis balls. It's even clearer from these pictures that it was a tennis ball.
