North Korea did its latest round of missile tests on the 4th of July, Independence Day, and its (alleged) nuclear test on the 9th of October, Columbus Day: both public holidays in the USA only, and both, this year, resulting in long holiday weekends. Does Kim Jong-Il enjoy the extra disarray he causes in what is clearly a business hours presidency in Washington?
