Why is it much more commented upon that the Greek Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis doesn't wear a tie (and also doesn't tuck in his shirt) than when IMF Managing Director Christine Lagarde shows up to the same Eurogroup meeting in a multiply-zipped leather jacket?
