Whether or not you think it's a good idea to have a US Senator (Tom Cotton) who had not even given a speech on the Senate floor before yesterday lead 47 Senators in a negotiations-busting letter to Iran is probably related to whether or not you think the sentiments expressed in his floor speech -- extracted here -- completely loony.
