Cranky Sunday Observation

The best way to understand Ukrainian politics and its potential link to the US Presidential campaign is to engage in long-distance Googling of fragmented strands of political/ economic intrigue, many not in English, and connect those back to the wide circle of people with whom Donald Trump has had some association over the years. It's a digital version of the analogue methodology that worked so well for Ambrose Evans-Pritchard -- or at least his bank balance -- in the pre-Google era when Ukraine was Arkansas.
