Former Russian PM Yegor Gaidar provides a first-person account of his apparent poisoning in Ireland a few weeks ago; it's in the
Financial Times (free link, so far). Amongst other things, and
in fairness to James Connolly hospital, he says that they wanted to keep him in hospital and it was his decision alone to check out before returning to Moscow for further treatment.
