Above, via New York Times, the funeral of a victim of the Baghdad church attack, 31 October 2010, in which nearly 60 people were killed. The attack was carried out by the ISIS predecessor in Iraq. Rouen is a new location for something already in the DNA of ISIS hate-messaging.
